How It Works
01 You send. 02 We create. 03 You deliver.
A post-production workflow designed to fit around the way your team already works, not one you have to reorganise for.
Step 01
Send
Everything we need to start, in one go. The more of your existing material you can send, the closer the first version lands.
However you already work
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- WeTransfer
- Your own transfer system
- RAW files Camera-native, any system
- The brief What you need back, and by when
- References Finished work to aim at
- Presets Lightroom, Capture One, camera profiles
- LUTs Your grade, as a starting point
- Brand guide Where a client's rules apply
- Editing notes The rules you would give a new editor
Step 02
We Create
An editor takes the project, not a queue. Work is checked internally before it reaches you, so the first version you see is a real attempt rather than a draft.
What happens inside this step depends on the service. See the workflows below.
A working edit suite, not a dashboard. There is no client portal to learn.
Step 03
Review + Deliver
You review, we revise, you deliver to your client. How many rounds are included is agreed with your quote, so it is clear at the start rather than discovered at the end.
- V1 The first full pass, edited to your style as we understand it.
- Feedback Your notes: per image, per cut, or across the whole set.
- Revision Corrected and returned. Rounds are agreed with the quote.
- Final Delivered in the formats and sizes your own delivery needs.
Style Onboarding
The First Project
Teaches Us Your Style.
The Next One Gets Easier.
Nobody matches a style perfectly from a written description. What closes the gap is material, and the more of it that arrives with the first brief, the shorter the first round of notes.
- References
- Presets
- LUTs
- Brand guides
- Past projects
- Your feedback
Everything you send is used only for your work. We sign NDAs, and nothing is published without your permission. More on confidentiality.
By Service
Same Process.
Different Middle.
Send and Deliver never change. What happens between them depends on what you sent us.
- Organise
- Cull
- Colour
- Retouch
- Review
- Export
Culling support through to full-resolution delivery, with colour matched across the whole set before any retouching starts.
- Sync
- Assemble
- Cut
- Sound
- Grade
- Review
Footage synced and assembled before the story cut, so the edit is made against everything that was shot rather than against a selects folder.
- Plan
- Produce
- Edit
- Adapt
- Version
- Review
One shoot versioned into every format it has to fill, rather than a separate production per platform.
- Brief
- Concept
- Layout
- Refine
- Review
- Artwork
Concepts before layouts, and print-ready artwork prepared to the specification the job is actually going to.
- Storyboard
- Design
- Animate
- Sound
- Review
- Render
Boards and frames signed off before anything is animated. Changing a still is cheap, changing a rendered sequence is not.
- Direct
- Generate
- Select
- Composite
- Finish
- Review
Direction first and selection by an editor. Generation is a tool inside the process, not a replacement for the judgement around it.
White Label
Your Client.
Your Brand.
Our Team Behind the Scenes.
- NDA
- Send yours and we will sign it. If you do not have one, we can provide it.
- Confidentiality
- Your material is used only to do your work. It is never resold, never published, and never shown as our portfolio without your written permission.
- Client-ready delivery
- Files arrive named, organised and formatted so you can pass them straight on. Nothing carries our mark.
Start Small
Start With
One Project.
There is no minimum commitment and no contract to sign before you can judge the work. Most working relationships here started as one sample.
-
01
One free sample
Send a few frames or a short sequence. We edit it to your style and send it back.
-
02
Your feedback
Tell us what is right and what is not. That conversation is worth more than any brief.
-
03
One real project
A single job, at your normal volume, with the notes from the sample already applied.
-
04
An ongoing workflow
If it works, it becomes routine: the same editor, your preferences already known.
Still deciding? See the work, read the FAQ or ask us something.
